| Many companies have difficulties in the maintenance management of their equipments. Within the framework of meetings with different companies. We intended to produce software, which will facilitate the planning, and the optimization of the maintenance of an electromechanical system, considering customer requirements in detail. The software is simple and user-friendly maintenance interface in order to facilitate to the maximum task of the user.;In this way, the companies will be able to reinforce its position in the long run and will prove its capacity to be innovative in the sector of industrial maintenance management.;This work consists in developing a computerized tool, which will help in the field of Electro-mechanical maintenance.;The methodology applied to the realization of this project rests on: (1) Equipment analysis, which makes it possible to clarify the various maintenance problems during our project. (2) The programming language clipper 5.2 with the environment of the system development to optimize the database in an effective way thought of using non-repetition files. Indeed, the accesses will be made more quickly. (3) The practical experiment in the maintenance plant field.;With our developed data-processing tool, we ensured a high level of interaction characterized by a short response time especially when, an authorized user wants to download maintenance new files icons. We reached satisfactory results due the fast accessibility to the database. |
