| Culturally intelligent leadership is based on the foundations of leadership and cultural intelligence. This capstone conducts a review of the literature on leadership, cultural intelligence, and culturally intelligent leadership. The literature review provides a comparison of the traits of a leader with the traits of a culturally intelligent person to encounter any possible connections to the traits of a culturally intelligent leader. The results of the literature review found that the traits of a leader of a diverse group can be found in the theories on culturally intelligent leadership. Leadership and cultural intelligence alone do not provide a leader with the guidance for developing the skills of a culturally intelligent leader. |
