Electronically Controlled Laser Beam-Sweeping Chip

In this project we create a laser beam-steering photonic integrated circuit. Beam collimation and steering is achieved through a phased array of vertically emitting waveguides. An on-chip monitor provides feedback to collimate and find the angle of the beam.
