The effects of oil exploration in the Niger Delta area of Nigeria: A theological critique (based on the principles of Catholic social teaching)

(1) That oil exploration rather than enriching and empowering the local residents of the Niger Delta in Nigeria, has had disastrous consequences on their lives and ecology. (2) And that these negative impacts of oil exploration, be more effectively challenged, using the principles of Catholic social teaching.
