There are two common methods to obtain antibody products for research: one is to produce antibodies; another is to purchase antibody products from vendors. In order to improve scientific research efficiency, enhance collaboration within a research group and speed up order processing, a user-friendly and reliable Web-based Antibody Database system has been developed.; This online antibody database system enables a member in a research group to view all antibody product information, search for information on desired antibody, and submit new product information easily. Antibody product suppliers can also update submitted information. It also provides a powerful ordering system, which allows the researchers to submit orders quickly and enables the order manager to process orders efficiently.; This project has been implemented using PHP server-side scripting language, MySQL database server, and Apache Web Server. |
