| The main task in the thesis is to develop an environment in order to process and analyze contrast enhanced MR data in the study of anti-angiogenic drug treatment of tumors.; A Visual C++ package has been created to accomplish this goal for 3D MR data collected over multiple timepoints. The package includes many of the standard image processing operations along with easy to use menus, dialogs and user interfaces. The supported medical image formats are DICOM and ima files. The program includes the ability to convert the images into the regular image formats like bmp and jpg as well. The images are obtained as sets of slices taken from any of the three different views and use different medical imaging protocols(T1, T2, etc). The package includes the ability to draw a region of interest and automatically generate graphs indicating the effect of the drug on the tissue of interest.
