| The purpose of this research paper is to identify ways in which people can have a healthier life by changing their diet and creating easier access to organic food. The first phase of this project is to link what people consume to diet related illnesses. Documentaries, books, websites, and personal interviews will be used in order to gain data for this thesis. The second phase of the project is to explore how to make healthy food more accessible through urban farming. This thesis will highlight ways in which to start an urban farm in the Saint Albans section of Queens using East New York Farms as a guide. |
