This research gathered data through diverse methodologies including online surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one interviews with diverse groups, such as strategic leaders, Information and Technology Services leaders, and the Information and Technology Services staff.;Study findings suggest that strategic alignment, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and information technology professionals' future skills are areas that Northern Health Information and Technology Services should focus on to become an employer of choice. Recommendations that include support from Northern Health Information and Technology Services leaders, creating a satisfying and enabling work environment, individual learning plans, annual training plans, comprehensive performance reviews, and assessing strategic alignment maturity are discussed.
