Abstract/Summary:
A Three-Dimensional steady state full cell model of a Polymer electrolyte fuel cell with multiple straight flow channels has been built in Pro-E wildfire 4.0 using the design specifications listed in the table 2. Analysis is done in ANSYS Fluent 12.0 to study the effects of operating parameters such as operating temperature and humidification temperature on the performance of the cell to improve the reliability of the cell.;Various parameters have different effects on the operation of the cell depending on the requirement in the area of their application.
