Research On The Incentive Of Real Estate Partners

In recent years,the environment of the real estate industry is not good,the external demand is declining while the government policy is tightening,on the other hand,the real estate enterprises are facing the same situation of separation of the two rights as most enterprises.In order to cope with the fierce competition,there is an innovative management mode in the industry-partner incentive system.As one of the most successful real estate enterprises,country garden has a certain theoretical and practical value to study its value sharing incentive plan.Based on the reading of relevant materials of the partnership system,this paper makes an in-depth study on the mechanism double share incentive system of country garden group,analyzes the motivation of its implementation of the plan;compares with other enterprises in the industry and the industry average value,and concludes the effect of the system on the enterprise through the changes of financial and non-financial capabilities before and after the implementation;summarizes the value double share incentive system Based on the possible problems of incentive system,some suggestions are given.Through specific case analysis,this paper concludes that the partnership system can bring many benefits to real estate enterprises,enhance the profitability of enterprises,enhance the stability of project management team,expand the business scope of enterprises,etc.,but there are also problems such as imperfect incentive conditions,low information transparency and insufficient supervision under high turnover.In order to deal with these risks effectively,we should strive to build a more transparent and supervised incentive mechanism.This paper not only helps to enrich the relevant literature of partner incentive,but also provides inspiration for the application of partner incentive system in the real estate industry.
