The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to strengthen the optimization of the layout of the state-owned economy,which pointed out a new direction for the reform of state-owned enterprises in the new period.In my country's National Economic Law,the development and reform of mixed ownership conforms to the direction of my country's state-owned enterprise reform,which is very beneficial to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the development of the national economy.It can be known from the comprehensive reform of the mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises in my country that the issue of employee shareholding is an important issue that requires indepth research.In the actual research,this paper starts with the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises,taking Greenland Holdings Group Co,Ltd.(referred to as "Greenland Holdings")as an example,and analyzes the impact of the application of corporate employee stock ownership plans on corporate development.This article adopts the method of case study and uses Greenland Holdings' employee stock ownership plan to study the employee stock ownership system under the background of mixed reform.Firstly,it organizes and analyzes the related documents of employee shareholding;secondly,it introduces the current situation of mixed ownership reform in my country,analyzes its existing problems,and introduces the development process and current situation of employee shareholding in my country;based on the mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises in my country Analyze and sort out the influencing factors and existing problems of employees' shareholding under the background of the reform.Based on this,this article attempts to explore the feasibility of implementing the employee stock ownership system for Greenland Holdings from the policy background and corporate characteristics,and to explore the impact on the development of the company based on the company's employee stock ownership plan and effect analysis.Among them,the financial performance analysis uses the event research method to analyze several key data including profitability,debt repayment,operation and development capabilities.After a series of exploration and research,relevant conclusions and enlightenments are drawn: 1.The employee stock ownership plan has a certainpositive significance for the development of state-owned enterprises,and can bring better performance and market response to state-owned enterprises;2.Employee stock ownership It can promote the further optimization of the internal governance structure of state-owned enterprises,while enabling state-owned capital to implement proactive strategic optimization under the influence of employee stock ownership.In the future development of enterprises,they can attach importance to talent holdings,including management,management and scientific research talents,to promote the improvement of corporate competitiveness.
