| With the continuous progress and popularization of mobile Internet technology,sharing economy has a profound impact on human social activities.Online taxi booking is the abbreviation of online taxi booking derived from the continuous popularization of sharing economy.In February 2018,the general office of the Ministry of transport issued the management measures for the operation of the regulatory information interactive platform of online taxi booking,which has a guiding basis at the national policy level.The popularity of online taxi booking has seriously affected the operation of traditional taxi enterprises.Didi,Uber and other online car Hailing platforms are outstanding in the market competition,which to some extent should be attributed to the emerging economic model of sharing economy.Even so,at present,the online car Hailing platform has not fully realized the profit,and it has always been a serious profit problem.Y taxi enterprise is a traditional taxi service enterprise.Its operation is affected by the prevailing customer diversion of network car Hailing.Although it can still maintain profits,there are also problems such as the reduction of passenger capacity and the reduction of profit margin.Therefore,under the background of sharing economy,it has certain theoretical and practical value to analyze the operation mode of Y taxi enterprises,and put forward suggestions to help similar traditional taxi enterprises better provide quality services for the society,continuously optimize the operation mechanism of enterprises,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.According to the theory of public goods and demand supply,this paper uses the method of literature research and case analysis to take y taxi enterprise as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the existing operation mode of taxi enterprise,finds out the reasons that hinder the development of Chinese taxi industry,and puts forward the development strategy of innovation and transformation of traditional taxi enterprise under the background of information trend.It can provide reference value for other taxi enterprises to optimize the operation and management mode,promote the long-term and stable development of China’s taxi industry,and help it better provide high-quality services for people’s travel.It is found that the main problems of Y taxi business operation mode are: the service mode of simple tour does not meet the current policy and the requirements of the public economy;the driver’s salary distribution and assessment mode is unreasonable;the supporting facilities are not perfect;the service content is single;the enterprise brand effect is insufficient,etc.Based on this,the paper puts forward the following solutions to improve the operation mode: first,optimize the management capital structure,invest in the online car Hailing platform or attract the online car Hailing platform to inject capital,so as to realize the win-win situation between the Y taxi enterprise and the online car Hailing platform;second,increase the driver’s salary distribution and assessment mode: in the case of clearly confirming the Y taxi enterprise and the driver’s obligations,establish a star driver system and build a scientific system In order to realize employee management for drivers and ensure the adaptability of cruise service and appointment scheduling system,a network appointment scheduling system is established to upgrade supporting facilities.The appointment scheduling system specifically includes the deployment system and vehicle terminal.The deployment system is responsible for obtaining internet appointments,sorting out taxi data and issuing deployment instructions.The on-board terminal is responsible for providing the taxi’s accurate status,endurance kilometers,driver level and other data to the deployment system,and accepting the orders and scheduling assigned by the scheduled scheduling platform;fourth,increasing the service content,including services such as carpooling,Valet driving,intra city express delivery and so on,to improve the effective mileage of the drivers of the Y taxi enterprise;fifth,establishing the "y out" Brand of car rental enterprises.Depending on the network reservation scheduling system,passengers can call the vehicles of Y taxi enterprise through the way of advance reservation,so as to improve the brand value of Y taxi enterprise. |
