China’s traditional industry after decades of development has entered a mature stage,economic growth is slowing,China urgently needs the development of the new model to stimulate the economy,the development of Internet technology in recent years,relying on Internet technology Internet companies to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,and become the new engine of economic development.Although Internet companies in China relies on domestic huge Internet market and innovation have been more successful,but compared with the Internet world powers,our Internet enterprise international competitiveness,in the world can’t compete with Europe and the United States Internet companies giants original innovation ability insufficiency,the profit model of a single product,shortage,etc.,in the enterprise core competitive factors limit the Internet enterprises to further develop and expand.Therefore,based on the comparative analysis of the core competitiveness of our national Internet enterprises,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions for improving the core competitiveness of China’s Internet enterprises.Based on the modern Internet enterprises in our country as the analysis object,in full review at home and abroad on the basis of enterprise core competitive ability connotation,influencing factors of Internet enterprises,elaborates the core competence and other related concepts,based on porter five model,value chain theory,analyzes the current status of Internet industry development,this paper expounds the competitive advantage of the Internet enterprises in our country;Using case analysis and contrast analysis to the domestic ranked the first,second,tencent,alibaba group as an example,through the value chain,five model comparative analysis of the two companies value-added activities and competition environment and competitive advantage,and then from the staff loyalty,research and development ability,the user viscosity,large Shared data fusion and the international competitiveness of five aspects of comparing the two companies’ core competitiveness,it is concluded that China’s Internet enterprise core competence development problems and the cause of the problem,then the existing problems in the development of core competitiveness also puts forward several Suggestions on China’s Internet enterprise core competitiveness promotion.At present our country about the Internet promotion enterprise core competitiveness research mainly focus on theory,this paper study tries to start from the practice,through the contrastive analysis of the two domestic Internet giant companies,find out the concrete measures of promoting Internet enterprise core competitiveness,make up the lack of Internet promotion enterprise core competitiveness research in China,at the same time for the Internet promoting enterprise core competitiveness to provide effective guidance to practical and guiding significance for promoting the Internet industry core competitiveness and value.
