| The garment industry is an important pillar industry in the national economy,however,with the trade disputes between China and the United States and rising domestic labor costs,the domestic garment foreign trade industry has been greatly impacted,production collaboration system also faces new challenge.As a well-known garment export enterprise in China,Hongdou garment trade has a certain influence in the garment trade industry.Facing more and more stern foreign trade situation,how to maintain market competitiveness which has become an urgent problem to be solved in the foreign trade of Hongdou garment.First of all,this paper analyzes the development environment of China’s garment industry in detail,and analyzes the macroscopic environment,competitive environment and internal environment of China’s garment industry,clarifies the advantages,disadvantages and opportunities threats of China’s current garment industry development,From the point of view of analysis,firstly,it is imperative to adjust the production cooperation system of China’s garment industry,secondly,it analyzes the current situation of Hongdou garment production cooperation system,on the basis of the data statistics of the company’s quarterly strategic review theme,calculates the problems and deficiencies in the production cooperation system of the company,and analyzes the causes of these problems systematically.Based on the analysis of the problems,this paper systematically studies the main contents of the company’s production cooperation system,including the adjustment of the strategic direction of production cooperation,the adjustment of production cooperation location,the adjustment of documentary management mode,the adjustment of supplier management mode,the integration of production cooperation resources,the adjustment of quality management mode,and the adjustment of production cooperation organization.In this paper,the coordination theory,location advantage theory and supply chain management theory are applied to analyze the related adjustment research,and this paper proposed the concrete adjustment measure in each aspect of adjustment to make the paper more practical,it also studies the risk control of the adjustment of production cooperation system and the pre-evaluation of the adjustment effect of production cooperation system in the same time.In the end,this paper puts forward some safeguard measures to implement the adjustment plan of production cooperation system from the perspectives of leaders’ attention,enterprise culture construction,system construction,talent cultivation,adaptability evaluation of production cooperation system and establishment of continuous improvement mechanism of production cooperation system,so as to ensure the effective implementation of adjustment plan. |
