Nowadays, the economy is gradually showing a global pattern.Enterprises not only need to face the competition from domestic enterprises, but also need to face more threats from international enterprises. In the increasingly fierce external competition environment,in order to achieve sustainable competitive advantage,we must rely on innovation to promote competitiveness.Nowadays, the competition of enterprises is not only the competition of cost, quality, management method, marketing and other aspects, but also the innovation to adapt to the increasingly fierce competition. With the rise of the Internet, the concept of innovation has changed, and the traditional internal innovation mode of enterprises no longer meets the requirements of the times.Under the general background of market inefficiency, knowledge defects and financial tension, enterprises need more and more cooperation with the outside due to their own limited capacity and capital constraints.Strategic alliance,a new model which can complement their resources, learn from each other and share risk, has been highly praised by managers. In the traditional practice cognition, the partners that enterprises seek are usually mature enterprises with advantages in experience, resources and capabilities, and they are usually in the same position. In recent years, strategic alliances among enterprises with asymmetry are also growing rapidly, becoming more and more common form of strategic alliance, but also caused widespread concern in academia and management. However, the academia seldom explains the choice of governance model of strategic alliance towards the asymmetry of strategic alliance. At the same time,in the context of China's differential order pattern, the status is particularly important,so the status as an asymmetric feature is discussed in depth. At the same time, according to the existing research, according to the degree of interaction and complexity of strategic alliance, cluster analysis is carried out,and degree of integration(DOI)is obtained as the result variable, which reflects the stability degree of strategic alliance to a certain extent.Based on the theory of resource dependence theory, the asymmetry of strategic alliance brings the unilateral dependence relationship between the two sides of alliance, which easily leads to opportunistic behavior.Srategic alliance governance mode with low DOI has low cost of dissolution and low cost of monitoring and searching, which is more suitable for such situations. At the same time, according to resource dependence theory,on the basis of the source of resources, this paper discusses the moderating role of organizational slack, government subsidies and competitive intensity.Based on 271 samples of strategic alliance activities among manufacturing listed companies, this paper finds that there is a significant negative relationship between the asymmetry of strategic alliance and degree of integration, that is,the more asymmetric the two sides of strategic alliance are,the more inclined they are to choose the alliance governance mode with low degree of integration. At the same time, the moderating effect of organizational slack has not passed the significance test;the positive moderating effect of government subsidies has been supported. On the one hand, government subsidies are pure capital investment, which improves the blind confidence of the manager, improves the acceptance of risk, and is more willing to take opportunistic actions. On the other hand, enterprises hope to obtain more scarce resources through alliances and further obtain more support from government, which further aggravates the phenomenon of learning competition under asymmetric dependence;the negative moderating effect of competitive intensity is partially supported, and the pressure brought by competitive intensity promotes the diligent behavior of enterprises.Enterprises face greater financial and operational risks, and which weakens the phenomenon of opportunistic behavior caused by unilateral dependence.
