Enterprises under the pan-entertainment environment take intellectual property rights,copyrights and other intangible assets as the core,and continue to realize through diversified channels through derivative sales and content operations.However,the value evaluation and conversion of pan-entertainment products and services have great uncertainties.Enterprises cannot accurately estimate profits and returns,and their financing activities face huge risks.Therefore,timely identification of the influencing factors of pan-entertainment companies 'financing risks and accurate measurement of pan-entertainment companies' financing risks are of great significance for enterprises to prevent and control financing risks and improve the efficiency of capital operations.This article integrates the knowledge of management and economics,and takes the financing risk management of pan-entertainment enterprises as the research object,discusses the construction of financing risk management and risk evaluation system of case companies,and attempts to achieve the following purposes: explore and identify the impact of panentertainment The macro and micro factors of enterprise financing risk,measure and compare the financing risk of the case company,and combine the status and problems of financing risk management,to provide targeted countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the financing risk management of the case company.In terms of content,this article firstly based on the research results of financing risk identification,financing risk evaluation methods,financing risk control and related theories of risk management and capital cost,combined with the characteristics of pan-entertainment enterprises,financing channels and methods,will be qualitative Combined with quantitative analysis to study the financing risk of case company Alpha Group Co.,Ltd..First,it qualitatively identified the financing risk of Alpha Group Co.,Ltd.and deeply analyzed the factors affecting the financing risk.Subsequently,the combination of entropy value method and efficacy coefficient method was used as the financing risk analysis and evaluation method to construct a risk evaluation system.The entropy value method was used to obtain the weight of each indicator,and the standardized score was calculated for each indicator by the efficacy coefficient method.Finally,according to the fundraising risk assessment results,the risk points of Alpha Group Co.,Ltd.'s fundraising are summarized,and risk prevention measures are proposed one by one.This research has certain practical significance and practical value for pan-entertainment companies to prevent and resolve financing risks.
