Research On Health Industry In Inner Mongolia

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,along with the aging of the population,accelerated urbanization and other practical conditions,the health needs of the people have been rising,and the potential for the development of the health industry has gradually emerged.The Inner Mongolia,as a minority autonomous region on the northern border of China,has long faced the pressure of economic transformation and development,and the health industry has the potential to become an important direction in the economic and social development of Inner Mongolia.In the "12th Five-Year Plan" and "13th Five-Year Plan" health reform and development plan,Inner Mongolia has listed health service industry and health industry as an important part of it.This study analyzes and researches the policies of health industry in Inner Mongolia,which has strong practical value.Based on the theory of public goods,the theory of market failure and the theory of public policy externalities,this study summarizes the development environment and the development status of the health industry in the Inner Mongolia,combs the policies of the health industry,searches for the problems in the current policy planning,analyzes their causes and gives corresponding countermeasure suggestions.The study found that the Inner Mongolia has a good environment for the development of health industry in terms of population,economy and health level,but the degree of development of plantation and manufacturing in the health industry is relatively poor at present,the development of health service industry is uneven,and the overall development of health industry is immature,mainly driven by public policy to establish the whole industry chain of medicine with ethnic characteristics,in order to promote the development of health industry,the government has introduced However,in the current mode of development of the health industry in the autonomous regions,there are problems such as the uncoordinated relationship between the government and the market,the fragmentation of industrial chains,and the mismatch between supply and demand,and the policy planning has the problems of "institutional orientation",lack of special planning,unclear positioning,imperfect content,and product standards.Lack of,blindly promote the development of special industries and other issues.In light of the actual situation in Inner Mongolia,the following specific recommendations have been put forward: to adjust the development model,establish a coordinated government-market relationship,integrate the industrial chain,actively cultivate and measure the size of the market;to improve policy planning,establish a mechanism for formulating and implementing policies in the form of human-interpreted texts,formulate special plans for the health industry,improve policy content,establish relevant product standards,and formulate industry development goals based on demand.
