Research On Food Safety Supervision In The Reform Of Market Supervision System

Since 2013,in order to solve the problems of food supervision,difficulty in fully implementing responsibility,decentralized allocation of resources and low overall administrative efficiency,Chinese food safety supervision system has gone through several rounds of reform.The intensive effect of the "N in one" market supervision model is constantly appearing by changing the ways that markets regulated and building different management models.In 2015,A city in jiangxi province took the lead in promoting the reform of market supervision system in the whole province.A city’s municipal administration for industry and commerce,food and drug administration and quality and technical supervision were merged to form.A city municipal market supervision administration,which initiated the mode of "three bureaus in one",and food safety supervision became an important part of it.This paper takes A city of Jiangxi province as a sample,combined with five years of research on the city’s market regulator,trys to study in the food safety supervision situation,work status and related influencing and restricting factors in the market supervision system reform of A city.To put forward suggestions and improvement measures for further improving food safety supervision,and then improve the level and the ability of food safety supervision in A city,strengthen the food supervision,and enrich the food safety supervision means.So as to achieve the goal of reducing food safety hazards and regulatory accidents,provide reference basis for local government food safety supervision.On the whole,this paper provides reference basis for local government food safety supervision and protect for the people’s food safety.
