In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,China's furniture industry has also started to develop rapidly,with many well-known brands emerging one after another,and the market competition has gradually become intense.From the initial price competition,it has been transformed into the competition of furniture products and services.The rise of net selling furniture in domestic market provides another driving force for domestic furniture industry.At present,with the continuous change of the furniture market demand,more and more enterprises pay attention to the furniture online marketing industry.Opportunity also accompanies challenge,the crisis of inefficient marketing also brings crisis to furniture business gradually.From the perspective of long-term development,in the fierce market competition,furniture enterprises to get a piece of the pie,accurately grasp the market development trend is very necessary.This needs the furniture enterprise to discover and excavate the furniture market demand actively,has the targeted formulation to conform to the enterprise development network marketing plan.At this point,furniture manufacturers or agents should maintain a certain market foresight,grasp the needs of the user group,and combine the current situation and future development trend of furniture network marketing to formulate relatively complete marketing plans.This study took the marketing situation of furniture enterprises of jiangsu xuzhou A company as the research object,and conducted the research on network marketing strategies.Firstly,the current marketing status of furniture products of A company is analyzed,and then the network marketing environment,competitive advantages and disadvantages of furniture products of A company are analyzed through questionnaires,STP analysis,SWOT analysis and other methods and theories.After analysis,the Internet marketing of furniture products has A great development prospect in China,which is conducive to the long-term and rapid development of company A.Through the above research,the paper aims to improve the network marketing strategy of A company,so as to provide direction for the network marketing of A company in theory and provide reference for the network marketing of similar furniture enterprises.The Suggestions mainly include clear market positioning,expanding product categories and designing competitive featured products.In terms of price strategy,we mainly make a hierarchical price strategy on the basis of lowering product price,and take preferential measures to improve product competitiveness and product brand awareness.In terms of marketing channels,as company A's current channels are too single,it is suggested to expand some free marketing channels with limited funds,and adopt more official marketing channels to improve product popularity and customer recognition on the basis of conditions.Marketing guarantee is mainly the capital and personnel to make the necessary input.Taking company A as A case,it provides reference for small furniture enterprises in shaji town and even nationwide to develop effective network marketing strategies.
