Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Economic Responsibility Audit For Hongze District In Huai'an

Over the years,economic responsibility audit has played an active role in maintaining the financial order,supervising and restricting the operation of power,promoting the construction of the party's style and integrity,and promoting the improvement of national governance.It has been highly valued by the party and the state as well as the close attention of all sectors of society.Today,in the new era of decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,how to deeply understand and accurately grasp the new characteristics,new mission,new deployment and new requirements of the new era,and how to innovate and promote the continuous and in-depth development of economic responsibility audit has become a major issue for audit institutions at all levels.Based on the theory of economic responsibility audit and public management,this paper analyzes the current situation of economic responsibility audit in Hongze District of Huai'an City through audit practice,explores the essential reasons that affect economic responsibility audit,and studies the influence of different factors on economic responsibility audit.Through the research on the influencing factors of economic responsibility audit,analyze the role of policy,big data and team building in economic responsibility audit,and put forward corresponding suggestions according to the characteristics and importance of different factors.Reasonable use of research ideas from abstract concept to specific practice,from general form to special mode,combined with domestic representative advanced experience and specific analysis of specific problems,put forward suggestions to strengthen economic responsibility audit,and provide new ideas for economic responsibility audit.This paper combines theoretical analysis with practical research,and combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis.Through studying the better practice of domestic economic responsibility audit,and because the author has been engaged in economic responsibility audit for many years,the author investigates the actual effect of economic responsibility audit in Hongze District of Huai'an City.Set up a scientific and reasonable questionnaire of economic responsibility audit in Hongze District,obtain the data of the audit front line,integrate the basic theory with the audit practice,sort out and analyze the problems faced by the economic responsibility audit,and combine the local actual innovation practice.Firstly,this paper expounds the background and significance of the research on economic responsibility audit,defines the object,content,evaluation and application of audit results of economic responsibility audit in detail,and grasps the theory of economic responsibility audit as a whole.Secondly,taking the economic responsibility audit work carried out in Hongze District of Huai'an City as an example,this paper points out the problems existing in the development process of the economic responsibility audit,and draws lessons from the domestic advanced experience,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to realize the beneficial exploration of the economic responsibility audit carried out by the grass-roots audit departments.At present,China has entered a new era.How to better adapt to the new situation,seize the new opportunities and guide the new era is an important direction for China's current and future development.As an important tool of national governance,audit of economic responsibility,as a necessary procedure for selecting and appointing cadres,must adapt to the new normal,meet new challenges and serve new development.This has brought new opportunities for the development of economic responsibility audit.Under the new normal,economic responsibility audit needs to adapt to the new normal in mechanism,concept and technology.However,the research on the mechanism,concept and technology innovation of economic responsibility audit is insufficient.This paper analyzes the problems and Countermeasures of economic responsibility audit from multiple perspectives under the new normal.
