Bank intermediary business refers to the non-interest income business that does not constitute the assets and liabilities in the bank’s balance sheet.It has a variety of businesses,including financing,leasing,guarantee and settlement of derivative financial products.In recent years,with the intensification of competition in the financial market and the continuous improvement of the internationalization level of Chinese enterprises,traditional financial institutions such as banks no longer rely excessively on the interest income of traditional lending business,but vigorously develop and improve intermediary business,making it gradually become the main source of bank income.Under this background,as the intermediary of capital market,the development level and strategic framework of intermediary business play a decisive role in the whole financial ecosystem.Taking Fuyu rural credit cooperatives as an example,China’s current credit cooperatives intermediate business started late,low level of science and technology,few high-quality talents,weak innovation awareness,single product structure,compared with commercial Banks in a low level of development,and the development of intermediate business can change the current situation.Therefore,this study takes literature analysis method and empirical research method as the research methods,and takes Fuyu rural credit cooperatives as an example to specifically analyze the current situation and problems of the development of intermediate business,and give corresponding solutions,so as to promote the development of intermediate business of Fuyu rural credit cooperatives.Through the research,this paper has a clearer understanding of the concept,characteristics and significance of "intermediate business".Put forward the basic concept of intermediate obligation is refers to the bank to the role of the agent or the agent,on the basis of the other two pillar industries,by itself has the money,reputation,technology,information and institutional advantages of the network,to help customers deal with a certain fee and other matters entrusted and the receiving of the floorboard of the business.It can be seen from the definition that it contains two meanings: first,no matter conducting banking business or financial services,commercial Banks provide financial intermediary services as intermediary agents,such as real estate intermediary,charging service fees between buyers and sellers.Second,intermediate business is essentially complementary to and closely related to the assets and liabilities of commercial Banks,which is not independent from the assets and liabilities of commercial Banks as it appears in the form.It has four main characteristics,respectively: less use or not use their own capital;To carry out business in the role of intermediary,high return,low risk;It is a kind of entrusted business to carry out business in the way of accepting customer’s entrustment.Diversified management methods.As for the problems existing in the development process of the current intermediate business,through data statistics and analysis,it is concluded that there are five major problems.(1)low intermediate business income,small proportion of total revenue,slow growth rate;(2)uneven income structure of intermediate business;(3)intermediate business is not valued and its development speed is slow;(4)the overall quality of employees is low,and hardware facilities are not in place;(5)lack of scientific management and active guidance.To solve these problems,the study found that the current lead to problems in Fuyu intermediary business development of rural credit cooperatives are the main factors of the lack of perfect management system,intermediary business awareness is not strong,the single product structure,service consciousness weak,lack of technical personnel,product innovation,low technical content,such as propaganda of a single problem.In this regard,the study proposed to enhance the management consciousness,improve the overall quality of personnel,increase technical input,accelerate the construction of electronic,perfect management system,innovative products,strengthen publicity,actively expand the market and other solutions.
