With the entry of foreign banks,the rise of private banks,and the rapid development of the platform of third-party payment institutions,small and medium-sized banks are facing difficulties.Market competition,in the final analysis,is the competition of customers.Only by winning the long-term favor of customers,will the stable development go on.On the one hand,there are more and more choices for customers.The selection criteria of customers are very different,which makes it more difficult for banks to obtain customers.On the other hand,there are few researches on customer satisfaction in China,and there are few references for reference.A large number of literatures show that it takes about four years to establish a close and stable relationship between customers and enterprises.With the aggravation of market competition,the future cycle will be greatly shortened.Therefore,commercial banks began to pay attention to customer satisfaction management.By using the methods of literature review,empirical analysis and experience summary,this paper expounds and analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of Shengjing bank's customer satisfaction,and lists feasible and effective improvement strategies based on the actual needs of customers.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of customer satisfaction promotion strategy,safeguard measures are set up for the promotion scheme.This paper studies the strategy of Shengjing bank to improve customer satisfaction.Its significance is to put forward feasible strategies and schemes through investigation and provide ideas and methods for Shengjing bank to improve customer satisfaction;the second is to provide reference and reference for financial institutions in the same business environment in terms of customer satisfaction management optimization and improvement.
