The development of traditional agriculture has run through the vicissitude of our country for thousands of years.Since the founding ceremony of the People's Republic of China,as a socialist country,how to realize rural modernization and agricultural industrialization construction on the premise of giving consideration to both efficiency and fairness,it is an important realistic problem that our country,as a big agricultural country,needs to face in the construction of agricultural development.For a long time,China has made a lot of exploration and practice on the property right system of agricultural land and the management of agricultural industry,and the property right system has a guiding and guarantee function for the development of industrialization,the development and practice of industrialization will also force the reform and deepening of the property right system.Under the background of the new era,the development of economy and society has also put forward higher requirements for the development of rural agriculture.In order to promote and promote the development of industrialization,at present,the land property right system is also going through the transformation and progress from "Separation of Two Rights" to "Separation of Three Rights".The separation of the three powers is based on the premise of insisting on the collective ownership of rural land,and entrusting the right to contracted land management and the right to land management to individual farmers,through which individual farmers transfer the right to land management they own,thus realizes the countryside land circulation,realizes the industrialization modern agriculture production management pattern.On the one hand,the policy of the separation of the three powers broke the restriction on the farmland under the pattern of the separation of the two powers,and provided the basis for the circulation and industrialized management of the farmland;on the other hand,the law of the policy of the separation of the three powers is not perfect,the separation of the three powers has hindered the development and practice of industrialization.This paper analyzes and discusses the influence and hindrance of the reform of property right system and the separation of three rights on the development of agricultural industrialization,it is hoped that this paper can provide feasible suggestions for the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture from the perspective of property right system reform.The article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.The introduction part mainly includes the background of the topic,the theoretical framework,literature review and a brief introduction to the research contents.The second part mainly carding and analyzing the course of the reform of agricultural land system and the development of agricultural industrialization,analyzing the influence and function of the reform of agricultural land system on the process of agricultural industrialization.The third part of the theory and practice of case analysis,analysis of the current industrial practice of China's difficulties and on the basis of the property rights system needed to reform direction.The fourth part analyzes the fundamental reasons that the separation of the three rights has hindered the development of the industrialization at the present stage,the unclear relationship of the rights exposed in the process of the separation of the three rights,the property of the right of land management and the model of the right,risks and problems such as land ownership void.The fifth part,in the light of the problems raised in the fourth part,puts forward some relevant suggestions and measures,such as the integration of land rights,the granting of property rights to land management rights,and the establishment of grass-roots collective economic organizations.The sixth part is the conclusion of the article.I hope that the research results of this paper can provide some reference for the reform of rural land system.
