Enterprises use intelligent information technology in the operation and management process to improve their market competitiveness.For companies,how to improve market competitiveness and maintain relationships with customers is very important.In the writing process,this paper mainly takes the electrical enterprise as an example,through systematic analysis of the marketing status of the electrical enterprise,to find out the main problems of the enterprise in the marketing process.Through investigation,it is found that the loss of customers in the operation process of the electrical enterprise is gradually increasing,and the loss of large quantities of customers directly affects the economic benefits of the enterprise.Based on this,this paper systematically investigates and analyzes the causes of customer churn in the enterprise,and then explores the strategy of corporate customer relationship maintenance based on 4R marketing concept.In the process of writing the thesis,YN Electric Enterprise is the main research object.The electrical enterprise is investigated and analyzed.It is found that the profit of the electrical enterprise has plummeted in the last three years,and the profitability decline is investigated.Customer churn has a direct relationship.This paper mainly focuses on the research and analysis of this problem.In the research process,it mainly uses the literature research method,the case study method,the field investigation method and other writing methods.The main research contents include the following aspects:First,analyze and research the marketing status and environment of YN Electric Enterprise,explain the current marketing status,and analyze the macro environment,industry environment and internal environment of marketing;Secondly,it analyzes the main problems existing in the current marketing process of YN Electric Enterprises,pointing out that the current customer loss phenomenon of YN Electric Enterprise is relatively serious,there are fewer new customers,and customers are not satisfied with after-sales service,which can bring customers The benefits are relatively small.In view of the problems existing in the process of customer relationship management,and analyzing the causes of the problems,this paper believes that YN Group has not been able to pay attention to market demand in a timely manner,establish contact with customers,and has insufficient understanding of customer needs,and has poor interaction with customers.Being able to focus on the interests of customers has a certain relationship.Third,according to the 4R marketing theory,the marketing plan of YN Electric Enterprise is formulated from the perspectives of connecting customers,satisfying customer needs,optimizing service plans,and formulating win-win goals.
