| The impact of cash flow on companies is getting more and more attention.It is the blood of the company's production activities,comprehensively reflects the company's operating results,and is an important factor for the company to realize value creation.The value of the enterprise is created through cash flow management,and the effect of the management of enterprise cash flow is expressed through value.The value creation activity of urban infrastructure industry is carried out in the limited social and economic environment,and many factors will affect the value creation ability of the company.Like other enterprises,cash flow management is also the source power of the value creation of the company.From the subway company's own management situation,the cash flow of the subway company may reflects the business interaction,through the cash flow statement.However,as a special enterprise of urban infrastructure,the company relies heavily on government policies and subsidies,and lacks attention to cash flow management.It is only based on the simple analysis of cash flow statement and does not provide cash flow management at the overall level of enterprise value.This paper studies the cash flow management of SY Metro Group Co.,Ltd by using literature research method,investigation research method and comparative analysis method for the financial data of SY Metro Group Co.,Ltd in the last five years 2014-2018.The main contents of the paper are as follows: first,according to the relevant financial data to analyze the current cash flow situation of the company,on the basis of which there are problems in the management of gold flow.Secondly,from the perspective of value creation,this paper analyzes the cash flow management of SY Metro Group Co.,Ltd in four aspects: cash flow budget management,cash flow management,cash flow management and cash flow management,find ways to enhance the value of the enterprise.Finally,the guarantee measures of cash flow management based on value creation are put forward.Based on the research and analysis of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:first,to determine the specific target of the company's cash flow budget through the EVA budget table;second,to determine the weak link of the company's cash flow through the free cash flow model;third,to enhance the company's cash flow by strengthening the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable;fourth,to improve the risk control link in the company's cash flow through strengthening risk early warning. |
