With the continuous improvement of people’s living and consumption standard,under the development trend that people paying more and more attention to the quality of life and healthy diet,wine began to be popular with the main consumer groups in the market.In the past five years,the overall sales volume of the industry was relatively stable.Imported wines are entering the Chinese market increasingly.As a result,the sales of domestic wine producer have been severely overwhelmed.The rising price of grape raw materials and packaging materials,the rising cost of labor and transportation,the personalized needs of customers and many other problems have brought great challenges to China’s wine industry.Because the wine industry has a long supply chain,the supply chain management concept can be rationally utilized to strengthen the cooperation among supply chain enterprises,which can effectively reduce their own operating costs and improve their own strength,and increase their competitive advantages relative to imported wine brands.In order to strengthen the management level of working capital,predict and prevent risks,ensure sufficient funds for daily business activities,and avoid the waste of resources caused by large inventories,it is necessary to improve the comprehensive strength for the healthy development of enterprises.Changyu Company is operating at scale expansion stage,management philosophy of managers gradually change from traditional management to supply chain management,adjust strategies related to working capital constantly in recent years.This paper mainly takes Changyu Company as the research object that combined with the research results of domestic and foreign scholars to build a working capital performance evaluation system,including working capital and supply chain management and working capital performance evaluation.Based on the comparison and analysis of the performance of management measures,the performance evaluation system is constructed,and the countermeasures to improve performance are put forward to conduct performance research.Due to the delayed implementation of strategic policies and management measures,the performance evaluation system proposed in this article is convenient for management to pass the performance scoring of different years,combined with relevant management systems and business decisions,to check the implementation effect of management measures and the loopholes in management.The evaluation index is based on the relevant data of Changyu Company from2014 to 2018.Eighteen evaluation indexes are selected from the four perspectives of working capital liquidity,risk,robustness and financing dependence.The analytic hierarchy process is used to set the index weight based on the expert questionnaire.The data of Changyu Company in 2014 is used as the base data for longitudinal comparison with other years.The index isgraded according to the variation trend and value of the index affecting the performance level.Finally,the total score is calculated according to different weights.Through the changes of scores in different years and working capital management measures,it is found that there are some problems in the current working capital management,such as poor information communication,supplier credit period is too long,disconnection between market information and consumer information,non-standard credit period management of customers,and low integration of supply chain.Making feasible suggestions includes improving the information platform,establishing strategic alliances,strengthening the fine production concept training and accounts receivable post management.It is hoped to provide a theoretical research direction for the future study on working capital management performance from the perspective of supply chain and provide working capital management performance evaluation method from the perspective of supply chain for wine manufacturing enterprises with a long industrial chain. |
