In China,the entrepreneurial phenomenon of “husband and wife partnership” is very common.Small shops on the roadside,such as husband and wife restaurants,canteens,etc.;large-scale listed companies,such as SOHO founded by Pan Shiyi and Zhang Xin,and Gome founded by Huang Guangyu and Du Juan.Now in the era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",more husband and wife entrepreneurial companies will emerge.And the "husband and wife partnership" co-operating enterprises can be seen everywhere in all regions and areas of the world,and with its unique company structure,distinctive management characteristics,it has a lot of competitiveness in the market.However,the backbone of China's national economy has always been dominated by state-owned enterprises.Research on state-owned enterprises has always been a hot topic in the academic world,and private family-owned enterprises have not been clearly defined in the academic world due to their widespread dispersion and the small size of most economies.The status is not taken seriously.In addition,"husband and wife partner" family businesses are more rare in the capital market,and research in the academic world is even rarer,which makes China 's research on "husband and wife partner" family businesses relatively lagging behind.This article is based on JS testing the company 's founders who have encountered various difficulties and challenges during the ten years from the start of the business to the maturity of the company.Contradictions with non-relative employees,differences in management concepts between the husband and wife,and the current status of the company.Through the research on the internal team management of JS testing companies,we can have a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by the internal team management of "husband and wife partner" family businesses and provide some inspiration for the internal management of other family companies of "husband and wife partner".The case text describes in turn the background and process of the establishment of the JS testing company,the methods of entering the market and the difficulties encountered,details of improper incentives for key employees,conflicts between non-relative employees and relative employees,conflicts between the founder's husband and wife management concepts,and JS inspects the uncertainty of the industry environment.In the way of storytelling,objectively described the representative cases that occurred in the development of the enterprise.The case analysis part mainly analyzes the competitive advantages of "husband and wife partner" family business entrepreneurship with complementary resources,low agency costs,and high communication efficiency.The team of the "husband and wife partner" family business is very complex and has very distinctive characteristics.There are relative employees of both husbandand wife,as well as non-relative employees.The relationship between "husband and wife partner" family businesses for non-relative employees is more oriented to employment relationships.Due to the needs of the founder's husband and wife for social emotional wealth,in order to maintain family and family prestige,non-relative employees may not be able to obtain considerable development and returns.The unequal management of relatives and non-relative employees of family couples of the "couples" type will stagnate the company's technical level,even after the loss of outstanding employees,it will lead to a decline in the technical level,and at the same time it will make employees responsible and motivated.It will also be greatly reduced,the company 's internal consumption will increase,and costs will increase.The reason for the husband and wife management decision-making logic of the "husband and wife partner" family business is that the two parties have different roles and responsibilities in the company and have different perspectives.The last chapter of this article summarizes four conclusions,hoping to provide some inspiration and reference for the team management of the same type of "husband and wife" family business.
