With the improvement of people's living standards and the pursuit of quality of life,while the estate industry is developing rapidly,property services are gradually concerned by people.Colour Life(01778-HK),the first listed company in China,was listed in Hong Kong,China,in 2014,and property enterprises have gradually sprung up in the capital market;by 2019,there are 21 listed companies in total.Property service is no longer based on the traditional low-end,manual labor,more and more capital,technology and talent are gathering in the property service industry.TW Property Inc.was founded in 1997,with national first-class property management qualification,and has won provincial and municipal honorary titles for many times.It is a regional property company.The company has more than 1200 employees,30 property management projects,and the management area of more than 5 million square meters,including residential buildings,office buildings,unit buildings,etc.Under the background of the rapid development of industry and technology,the customer demand has changed dramatically,and TW Property Inc.has felt huge market pressure.In order to keep up with the pace of the times,get out of the development bottleneck and realize the transformation and development of enterprise,TW Property Inc.decided to break through itself,promote organizational change,and help business development.This paper takes the TW property Inc.management organization change strategy optimization as the research object,altogether divides into 6 chapter:Chapter 1 Introduction is " Raises the questions";Chapter 2 Theoretical Basis and Literature Review,Chapter 3 Status and Analysis of TW Property Inc.Organization Change,Chapter 4 References to Organizational Reform Practices of Well-Known Enterprises,are "Analyzing the questions";Chapter 5 Optimization Strategy of TW Property Inc.Organization Change,Chapter 6 Conclusion And Prospect,are "Solving the questions".In the research process,the paper use methods of content analysis,case study,in-depth interview and questionnaire survey,and sort out the relevant theories and literature,and summarize the organizational change strategy model,which elaborate the logical system of organizational change.After learning from the successful organization change experience of Vanke Property,Country Garden Service and Haier,this paper summarizes the overview,status,problems and reasons of TW Property Inc.;Finally,combining with the model of organizational change strategy,the optimization strategy of TW property Inc.organizational change is designed,which starts with the strategic adjustment of the company,promotes organizational change by upgrading the collectivized organizational structure as a pull force,pushing by the business partner mechanism,and guaranteeing by upgrading the matching system,to ensure that TW property Inc.moves towards the "property+" model and achieves high-quality leapfrog development.It is discuss from four aspects:organizational change process,organizational change method,organizational change content and safeguard measures.Finally,the effects and risks of this organizational change are estimatedI hope this paper can be used as a reference for other enterprises,especially property service enterprises,when they implement organizational change.
