Analysis And Application Research On The Investment Decision Elements Of Yuezi Club Project

With the continuous development of China’s social and economic strength,many enterprises and individual investors are more and more concerned about the investment opportunities brought by the development of large-scale health emerging industries.In recent years,the development of the service industry of the clubs has been as fierce as naphthalene,but in such a hot market,only a few companies have really developed and made profits.In the final analysis,blind investment has become the main cause of failure.There are challenges but also opportunities in the service industry of yuezi club.It is particularly important for Yuezi Club investors to establish a set of investment decision-making system.In terms of investment decision-making,using scientific mathematical methods for management has become the first task of Yuezi Club enterprises in the current situation.This paper starts with the basic theory of investment decision-making,elaborates the basic steps of investment decision-making method and AHP,and lays the theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.Then,it summarizes and analyzes the overall situation and development trend of the service industry of yuezi club,and analyzes the three typical projects completed and operated by M company,which provides a breakthrough for the study of the factors affecting the investment decision-making of yuezi club.Then,combined with the literature research method,it comprehensively summarizes and analyzes the factors that affect the investment decision-making of yueziclubhouse project,mainly including location,rental housing quality,financial indicators,risks and other four categories,totaling 22 influencing factors.Finally,the decision-making index system of yueziclubhouse project is established by using the expert discussion method: there are four categories and 17 indexes in total;and the investment decision-making system of yueziclubhouse project is quantitatively analyzed by using the analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method andexpert survey method.In the process of quantitative analysis,the weight of each index at this level is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process and expert questionnaire method Then,the comprehensive evaluation model of yueziclubhouse in the single ecological chain is established by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory.In the process of establishing the comprehensive evaluation model,the evaluation criteria of yueziclubhouse project decision-making are determined by using the expert discussion method.Finally,according to the empirical research of M company’s D project,the conclusion that the overall decision-making evaluation of D project is "good" is drawn,which verifies the scientificity of using AHP as index weight and the applicability of using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model as evaluation method.The research in this article enriches the research results of project investment decision-making theory,and provides a convenient,fast and efficient investment decision-making model for Yuezi Club’s enterprise investment decision-making from a practical perspective,and contributes a meager force to the healthy development of maternal and child service industry.
