Employees play a very important role in the survival and competition of the company's market.he is an endogenous growth driver of corporate competition.How to avoid wrong behaviors of employees and motivate employees to take an initiative on the organization is related to the survival and acquisition of the company in competitive advantage.And the existence and competition of employees in the enterprise are closely related to leadership behavior.In recent years,the research on negative leadership has been prevalent in academia,and scholars have gradually paid more attention to narcissistic leadership.Especially entrepreneurs such as Jobs and Musk have achieved great business success,media and academia focus more on narcissistic leaders.However,in different studies,narcissistic leaders have different influences on employees' behaviors,and most of them focus on their negative effects,some studies have found positive effects of narcissistic leaders either.Based on this,this study intends to explore the effect of narcissistic leadership on employees behavior,through the application of social exchange theory and cognitive perspectives,through two sub-researches,one of which is how narcissistic leadership affects unethical pro-organizational behavior,and the second is the study of how narcissistic leadership affects employees' active behaviors.Based on the empirical data of 374 employees in different domestic companies,the relevant research model is verified.The research found that the narcissistic leadership realized by employee self-assessment has a positive positive effect on the employee's unethical pro-organizational behavior.LMX act as mediators.The systemic cognitive model of employees positively regulates the positive relationship between LMX and employee unethical pro-organizational behavior,and positively regulates the mediating effect of the overall model.However,the positive impact of leadership narcissism perceived by employee self-assessment on employee's active behavior is not significant,and LMX plays a full mediating role between employees' perception of narcissistic leadership and employee's taking charge relationship.Employees 'trust in leadership played a moderating role in the positive relationship between LMX and employees' active behavior,and at the same time it played a negative role in regulating the mediation effect of the overall model.The empirical research results show that there is more negative effect in the influence of narcissistic leaders on employee behavior,and the quality of the results is affected by the boundary effect of individual cognitive factors of employees.Finally,we discussed the contribution of theory and business management practice.
