China's credit card industry started late,the initial period is very difficult,in the process of continuous development,become the current number of cards issued to 970 million huge development potential market.People's consumption concept has changed,and more people are becoming accustomed to trading with credit cards,which has brought huge customer size to card issuers.But along with the rapid development of the new challenges,credit cards are a first consumption,then payment model.The cardholder's repayment ability and other factors are directly related to the healthy development of credit card industry.This puts the credit card business at increasing risk,with the risk of fraud a very common trend One of the risks.In recent years,Bank of Communications A branch credit card scale in the continuous expansion,has been rapid development.But in the early stage,Bank of Communications A branch deliberately lowered the application threshold to win a higher number of cards.In the short term can see a certain benefit,but in the long term the malpractice is exhausted,facing the fraud risk more and more severe.For this,how to effectively control the risk of credit card fraud has become the focus of major banks.Taking Bank of Communications Branch A as the main research object,this paper studies the risk control of credit card business fraud.First of all,the research background and significance of this paper are introduced,and the research on the risk control of credit card fraud at home and abroad is sorted out,which provides a certain reference for the research of this paper,and analyzes the characteristics of credit card fraud and credit card fraud,and expounds the relevant theories of this paper,including credit vulnerability theory,information asymmetry theory and principal-agent theory,which lays a sufficient foundation for the research of this paper.This paper analyzes the current development of Bank of Communications credit card business in three aspects,analyzes the main fraud risk and the current situation of fraud risk,and analyzes the current situation of bank of communications A branch credit card business fraud risk control from the internal process,control means and so on.Finally,according to the actual situation of Bank of Communications Branch A,some concrete measures are put forward to solve the current problem of credit card fraud risk control,effectively control the fraud risk,and put forward the effective protection Obstacle measures.
