In recent years,in order to achieve the ambitious goal of an innovative country and a technologically strong country,China has not only optimized the innovation environment and increased investment in innovation,but also vigorously advocates joint innovation between enterprises and universities.Due to the expansion of the cooperation time and scope between the two sides,the degree of interdependence has also deepened,but this kind of dependence,especially the dependence of enterprises on universities,has not yet been known to the effect of the dual innovation ability of enterprises.Not only that,in today’s fiercely competitive market environment,innovation has gradually evolved into a key factor that affects organizational performance and determines the company’s viability.However,knowledge is a prerequisite for innovation.How does the company’s relationship with universities in the cooperative relationship with universities Transforming the acquired important knowledge into actual innovation achievements has become an important issue for enterprises.Therefore,in-depth understanding and revealing the impact of school-enterprise dependence on enterprise dual innovation and its impact mechanism,as well as changes in the relationship between knowledge absorptive capacity and enterprise dual innovation in a turbulent environment,have become critical issues that need to be resolved urgently.The main contents of this research include the summary of literature on school-enterprise dependency,knowledge absorption capacity,enterprise dual innovation and environmental uncertainty,by constructing the theoretical model of "school-enterprise dependence relationship-enterprise knowledge absorption capacity-enterprise dual innovation",Put forward research hypotheses.Using literature analysis and empirical research methods to study the relationship between variables.Using SPSS24.0 to carry out regression analysis on 295 valid questionnaires,and further verify with the help of AMOS24.0.The results of the study show that:(1)both computational dependence and relational dependence promote progressive innovation and breakthrough innovation,and computational dependence promotes progressive innovation and breakthrough innovation stronger;(2)explicit The ability of knowledge transformation has an intermediary effect on the relationship between computational dependence and enterprise incremental innovation,computational dependence and enterprise breakthrough innovation,relational dependence and enterprise progressive innovation relationship,relational dependence and enterprise breakthrough innovation,tacit knowledge Digestive ability also plays an intermediary role in the relationship between computational dependence and progressive innovation of enterprises,relation between computational dependence and breakthrough innovation of enterprises,relational dependence and progressive innovation of enterprises,and relational dependence and breakthrough innovation of enterprises;(3)Market uncertainty positively regulates the relationship between corporate knowledge absorptive capacity and progressive innovation;market uncertainty negatively regulates the relationship between corporate knowledge absorptive capacity and breakthrough innovation;technical uncertainty negatively regulates corporate knowledge absorptive capacity and progressiveness The relationship of innovation;technology uncertainty positively regulates the knowledge absorption capacity and breakthrough of enterprises Sexual relations innovation.This paper analyzes the relationship between school-enterprise dependence and dual innovation from the perspective of inter-organizational relations,which can help enterprises to correctly understand the impact of dependence behavior on dual innovation and help enterprises formulate corresponding innovation strategies according to different external environments.
