Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,socialist market economy has gradually developed.Many studies have proved that marketization can promote the optimal allocation of resources,the enhancement of enterprises' innovation ability and the improvement of productivity,etc.,but some scholars believe that there is a market failure sometimes.High-tech industry has become an important developing industries for the present and future due to its high added value and high economic benefits.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the impact of marketization process on high-tech industry.The situation of marketization in China,the development status of high-tech industries and the impact of marketization on the productivity of high-tech industries,all these require further empirical analysis.Therefore,this paper discusses from the theoretical and empirical perspectives:first,explain the purpose and significance of the topic and analyze relevant theoretical literature,and the influence mechanism is analyzed from five aspects of marketization,then,it describes the marketization situation,the development of high-tech industries and the estimated results of total factor productivity,then,empirical analysis was conducted based on the provincial panel from 2008 to 2016,Finally summarize and put forward relevant Suggestions.This article found that:?1 China's high-tech industry is developing rapidly,but the development of industries in the high-tech industry is not coordinated;Regional development is also extremely unbalanced,with most high-tech industries located in the eastern region,but in recent years the growth rate of high-tech industries in central and western regions has been faster than that in eastern regions.?2 The process of marketization in eastern,central and western China varies greatly;The degree of marketization in the eastern,central and western regions is decreasing;Even if belong to same area,marketization degree also differs greatly.?3 Generally speaking,the technical level of China's high-tech industry is improving constantly,and the efficiency is improving constantly;The average total factor productivity of high-tech industries in the central and western regions is higher than that in the eastern provinces.?4 Various empirical test methods have proved that marketization promotes the improvement of productivity in high-tech industries.?5 According to the fixed effects regression results,except that the regression result of factor market development degree is not significant,the other four aspects of marketization(including the relationship between the government and the market,the developmentof non-state-owned economy,the development of product market,the development of factor market,the development of market intermediary organizations and the legal environment)can promote the development of high-tech industry productivity.?6 Marketization has boosted the productivity of high-tech industries in the eastern,central and western regions,but the regression coefficient is the largest in the central region,then in the western region,and finally in the eastern region.?7 The effect of marketization on productivity of high-tech industry has double threshold effect;According to the threshold value,China is divided into regions with low marketization area,middle marketization area and high marketization area.?8 The threshold regression results still show that marketization can promote the development of productivity in high-tech industries,but the higher the marketization degree is,the less it can promote the productivity of high-tech industries.At the end of the paper puts forward related Suggestions.
