As a technology R & D enterprise,YYC company,after years of development,is facing the new trend.In the era of automation,digitalization,intelligence,localization and big data,it is characterized by multiple waves and rapid iteration of technology.In the new era,the company is positioned to provide enterprises with new enterprise services integrating cloud computing,platform,application,data,business,knowledge and information services The company is also faced with the requirements of huge transformation and upgrading,and many outstanding problems have appeared in the human resource management work of the company,which has seriously restricted the exertion of the efficiency of the company's human resource management,the promotion of talent ability and the overall development of the company.This paper takes the technical team competency as the research starting point,and carries out the research on the construction of team competency system.Firstly,the paper expounds the background,significance,method and route of the research;in the part of theoretical basis,the paper defines the concept of team,competency and team competency,combs the competency system and its role,and studies the relationship and distinction between individual competency and team competency;based on the introduction of YYC company and business development status,combined with human resources Management status and business needs,the technical team is defined,and the characteristics are analyzed,and the problems existing in the competency management of YYC company's technical team are systematically combed;in the part of team competency system construction,the article first divides the competency of technical team into two parts: general competency and professional competency,combining with key behaviors,the competency requirements for different positions are made The primary extraction of element.In order to verify the comprehensiveness and rationality of the system,this paper uses the interview method to investigate the competency system,and optimizes the design of the competency system according to the survey results.The research results of this paper have important guiding significance for the technical team management of YYC company.The construction of competency system can be an important basis for employee development and work assessment.At the same time,the competency based assessment can also be used as the basis for the all-round human resources work of YYC company,such as talent selection,business training,talent planning,salary design,post promotion and career planning.
