China's real estate industry is rising rapidly,occupying an important position in the country's economic development.With the rapid rise of the real estate industry,the corresponding industry of building materials is booming.In view of the huge development space of the plastic pipe industry in the future,and there will certainly be more new entrants in the industry,but many enterprises in the industry lack clear and reasonable strategic layout planning,their market competitiveness is not enough,not only the enterprise scale is stagnant,the profit-making method and business model are relatively single,so many small and medium-sized enterprises in the pipe industry take steps to develop.It is becoming more and more difficult to survive,not only JZ company to solve the current situation,but also the pipeline industry business managers face the subject.This paper takes Yunnan JZ Trading Co.,Ltd as a research case,through the analysis of the development status of JZ company,using a series of strategic management and marketing management theory to study the company's future development plan.Firstly,the paper takes the development of JZ company as the starting point,and then analyzes the internal and external environment of JZ company.The macro environment includes political environment,economic environment,social environment and technical environment.Then based on the SWOT analysis of the internal and external environment,from the four aspects of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,we can get the market development strategy that JZ company should choose.Finally,the implementation of these strategies is guaranteed by building a reasonable corporate structure,improving human resource management,optimizing financial management and building corporate culture.It not only provides guidance for the sustainable development of JZ company in the future,but also provides reference value for similar small and medium-sized enterprises.
