The thesis at first describes the developing expectation,competing situation and current political environment of the plastic pipe industry.AT company started to produce plastic pipes since 1996.The plastic pipes demand was exceed supply at that time.however,as the market competition became more and more tough,the industry output was exceeded the market demand seriously and in China,more than 5000 plastic pipe enterprises were facing the market reshuffle.During these years,the whole economic situation is still keeping complex.The economics of China stepped into the situation of new normal,the economic increase rate started to change from high speed to low speed.As the real estate industry is at the turning point,the high stock and low purchasing desire make total investment of real estate industry drop dramatically,and then influent the indoor & outdoor's pipes demand of constructions,thus the plastic pipe industry became to increase slowly and the competition became stronger.Our country at current is in high speed developing period of urbanization,the underground construction is still undeveloped,at such saituation,the Chinese government issued a series of policies to speed up the underground pipe net's construction,the plastic pipe industry is expecting the golden 10 years for the underground pipe net.The thesis also describes the current sales situation of AT company,also the sales amount of AT company is keeping on increasing steadily,and became one of the top enterprises after several years development,but after the set up of it's 4 production base,AT company's sales goal is to accomplish 10 billion sales amount in the year of 2025,the thesis points out the current sales moldel is not suit to the company's development any more,not only difficult to release the AT Company's current production capacity,but also to limit AT company's continuous development seriously.After analysis the urgency and necessary of introducing sales model optimization,the thesis negotiated in further AT company's sales problems existed,such as single and simple sales model,low quality of salesman,uncompleted sales construction,backward sales idea,uncompleted after-sales service,etc.Facing the problems existed and combined the actual situation in AT Company,the thesis carried out the research and reported the creative points to solve AT company's problems.And put forward a sales model optimization,such as: o2 o sales model and regional differentiation sales model.
