Departure from the definition of video cloud game, the article analyzes the macro circumstance, the marketing environment, the problems encountered in the market prospects, as well as opportunities of the video cloud game, and the future trends, combining with the video cloud game industry at home and abroad. Combing and optimizing of primary video cloud game business models, the article designs the appropriate business model for video cloud game, proposes three video cloud game business models of free mode and platform mode:game sales model, game peripheral sales model and advertising model. The article also designs economies strategy, product pricing system and market operating activities strategy. The article has a strong reference and guidance to the video cloud game industry development in the future.
