Research On The Construction Of County-level Industrial System In Gansu Province Under The Guidance Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Getting rid of poverty completely,realizing rural agricultural modernization,and promoting county economic development are the foundation and an important part of my country's stepping into a well-off society and realizing a modern and powerful country.In order to solve the problems of "poverty alleviation" and "three rural issues" as a whole,and to improve the level of county economic development,the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2017 proposed major measures for the "Village Revitalization Strategy".The main purpose of the "Village Revitalization Strategy" is to improve the scale of agricultural industrialization through the "precision poverty alleviation" and rural "three changes" reforms,and then to achieve the goal of improving the level of county economic development.The development of county economy lies in the development of county industry.Therefore,building a county-level industrial system in line with the guidance of the "village revitalization strategy" and promoting the integration and development of the three industries in the county are the major tasks that need to be solved urgently to solve the problems of "relieving poverty" and "agriculture,rural areas and farmers."This article mainly covers seven chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly elaborates the research background,research significance and review of relevant research at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly defines related concepts and introduces related theories.The third chapter mainly uses the statistical yearbook data to make a comprehensive analysis and summary of the overall situation of county industry development in Gansu Province.The fourth chapter first analyzes the rationalization and advanced level of the county's industrial structure in Gansu Province.On this basis,by constructing an index system to evaluate the comprehensive development level of the county's industry,it uses mathematical methods to measure the comprehensive development level of the county's industry.The fifth chapter is based on the research of the previous chapters,and sorts out and summarizes the problems and difficulties faced by the county industry development in Gansu Province.The sixth chapter is guided by the goals and requirements of the "Village Revitalization Strategy",and puts forward the ideas and main paths for the construction of the county industrial system in Gansu Province.The seventh chapter is the main conclusion and researchprospect of this article.
