Neoclassical economists hold that a corporation is designed to create and maximize profits for its shareholders by providing products and services, and that it should be responsible to its shareholders only instead of the society. However, under the background of economic globalization and the rapid growth of multinational corporations, such a traditional view has changed,as corporate social responsibility(SCR)has become a fundamental condition of international trade.Since the introduction of representative SCR standards like SA8000,BSCI,Sedex and EICC,they have hindered the development of Chinese enterprises' export to some extent, which is especially true for small and medium-sized labor-intensive enterprises and products. Therefore,it is critical to break through the challenges of commercial ethics and actively fulfill SCR.This study is based on the development of CSR,Carroll's four-dimensional CSR model and strategic CSR theory. In response to CASA's current ethical challenges in export,it,through investigation and analysis, conducts sample analysis and aims to solve the CSR challenges faced by CASA,enhance its internal management, and establish and improve a long-term strategic CSR system. The CSR challenges of CASA mainly come from: 1)competition in export;2)its structure and management standard;3)employee's rights;4)internal supervision;5)philanthropy.Based on the research of challenges and main performance of CASA,this study aims to put forward a strategy to improve CASA's CSR system.Specifically, the strategy strives to achieve the following: 1)Build an international awareness of CSR;2)Improve management structure and production efficiency;3)Enhance employee's rights and protection of them;4)Establish an internal supervising system and strengthen regular knowledge training;5)Enhance its core competence and establish a strategic CSR system.
