The optimization of production lines has always been the research focus of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of industrial engineering.With the continuous improvement of China's infrastructure,elevator manufacturing enterprises also urgently need to optimize and improve in order to improve production efficiency,reduce production costs,and enhance their comprehensive strength in the infrastructure equipment market.This article takes S Elevator Company's E1 product production line as the object,and starts with the improvement of production capacity requirements,and makes a comprehensive optimization study on balance rate,layout and site management.First of all,this article used the survey method,constant speed vidio method,fishbone diagram analysis method to determine the production process flow,standard operating time,on-site management loopholes of E1 products,and calculated the production line balance rate and production capacity,production cycle,etc.The main reasons for affecting the production capacity of the E1 production line are: the imbalance rate of the production line,the low utilization rate of personnel,and the unreasonable layout.Then starting from the three levels of program analysis,processes analysis and motion analysis,the principles of 5W1 H and ECRS were used to make comprehensive and in-depth improvements to the 9 major problem procedures of the 25 procedures.The production line balance rate is increased to 87.1%,the handling distance is reduced by 75%,the production capacity is increased by 62%(52 units / shift),one operator is reduced,and the optimization goal is fully achieved.Using the Layout analysis method and the principle of unitized production,the layout redesign is realized.The production layout is changed from the original linear type to an L-shaped layout that conforms to unit production.Based on the lean thinking of Six Sigma,three optimization suggestions were proposed for enterprise production site management: Kanban management,6S management,and parallel management.Finally,the modeling process of the Flexsim simulation software is introduced in detail,and the optimized production line is simulated and verified twice daily and monthly.The results show a high degree of fit with theoretical calculations,and the feasibility test of the optimization scheme has passed.Through the optimization of the whole process,this article puts forward a large number of practical improvement plans for the S company E1 product line and even the whole workshop.With a view to helping enterprises to achieve production capacity improvement,abandon extensive production methods,and have a more lean and intelligent modern industrial management model.At the same time,it provides a reference for the optimization and improvement of small batch production mode.The paper has 63 pictures,27 tables,and 63 references.
