Research On Modular Development Of Modern Agricultural Industry Organization

Modern agriculture is a stage of agricultural development with higher capital returns on agricultural production using advanced agricultural technology,management concepts and organizational models.After years of development,China has developed into a world power with continuous improvements in agricultural production conditions,an increasingly perfect industrial system,and a booming service industry.The current level of economic development has put forward new requirements for the development of agriculture and rural areas.However,due to historical reasons and other practical factors,China's agricultural modernization is low in development and is facing huge challenges.Since the reform and opening up in 1978,the implementation of the Household Contract Responsibility System has laid a good foundation for China's agriculture development.The implementation of this system enables farmers to enjoy the surplus value of agricultural production,which greatly stimulates farmers' production enthusiasm and promotes the development of agriculture and rural areas.However,with the development of China's economy,the changes in the urban and rural population structure and the continuous differentiation of family structure,"land waste","rural hollowing out","crushed farmland","feminization of the labor force,and aging","low level of farmers' organization" and other issues in rural development generally occur.These problems have restricted the improvement of agricultural productivity and hindered the advancement of modern agricultural development.Based on China's basic national conditions and agricultural conditions,Household Contract Responsibility System is a basic land system that must be adhered to for a long time.So how to carry out the innovation of the agricultural industry organization to adapt to the development of modern agriculture on the premise that the this system remains unchanged is an important problem.In recent years,China's agricultural industry organizations have experienced the evolution of various organizational models such as "Company+Farmers","Cooperatives+Farmers","Company + Intermediary Organization + Farmers".In these models,companies / cooperatives have replaced farmers to connect with the large market,which has improved the degree of organization of farmers' access to the market to a certain extent.Although the organizational model is constantly being improved,due to the limited strength of intermediary organizations and the lack of a close interest connection mechanism,the above-mentioned organizational model still cannot effectively restrain the behaviors of all parties and cannot effectively exert synergy effects,making it difficult for the organizational model to operate stably.Modern agriculture development is still slow.Therefore,how to further optimize the agricultural industry organization,effectively complete the transition from decentralized operations to moderate-scale operations,and promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural development methods have become an urgent problem to be solved.The research in this article is intended to provide a new idea for solving this problem.Based on the case analysis of the Agricultural Cooperative System in Chongzhou City,Sichuan Province,this paper innovatively proposes the concept of a Modular Agricultural Industrial Organization,and believes that the Modular Industrial Organization will provide an important organizational guarantee for the development of Modern Agriculture.The main content of this article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of this topic,as well as the research status of the theory and model of agricultural industrial organization.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and analytical framework.This part sorts out the guiding theories needed for the research in this article,mainly including Modern Agricultural Theory,Industrial Organization Theory,and Modular Theory.Based on these three theories,the analysis framework of this paper is constructed,which lays the foundation for the case analysis in Chapter 4 and the theoretical improvement in Chapter 5.The third chapter is the development of China's Agricultural Industry Organization.This chapter sorts out the transformation process of China's Agricultural Industry Organizations since the founding of New China,uses the SCP paradigm to conduct in-depth analysis of various organizational models,and understands how industrial organizations at various stages make changes when encountering new contradictions in the development process.It analyzes the evolution process of the existing industrial organization from the micro perspective.The fourth chapter is Chongzhou exploration of modular development of modern agricultural industry organization.Firstly,this chapter introduces the evolution of the Agricultural Cooperative System.Secondly,based on the theoretical framework of Chapter 2,the case is analyzed in detail from three aspects: the analysis of the modular characteristics of the Agricultural Cooperative Organization structure,the behavioral choices of participants,and the operating performance of the modular organization.The fifth chapter logically thinks about the case analysis of the fourth chapter,improves the theory of case experience,and puts forward the operation mechanism of the modular development of Modern Agricultural Industry Organization.The sixth chapter puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the modular development of modern agricultural industry organizations.
