Internal assessment of enterprises is a major research topic in the corporate world.There are many defects in the internal appraisal system of domestic chain operation enterprises.The main purpose of establishing internal appraisal system inside the enterprise is to improve the operation efficiency of the enterprise,so that the operation of the enterprise conforms to the strategic goal.Many scholars have been to the chain business enterprise internal assessment conducted in-depth research,despite the general chain has a certain degree of applicability,but these indicators are not fully consider convenience store chain characteristics of this kind of industries,and the characteristics of the enterprise internal processes running.Therefore,on the basis of the basic principle of the balanced scorecard,combining with the characteristics of chain convenience store management,from the chain of financial,customer,internal process,learning and growth four aspects to construct performance appraisal system,have certain theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,through in-depth investigation and study found that A convenience store chain of internal evaluation system exist in strategy is not clear,as a single financial index as the only evaluation criteria,these problems lead to the short-term behavior in the process of operation and management,at the expense of the long-term interests of the enterprise,is not conducive to the sustainable development of A convenience store chain.The balanced score-card as a new type of internal examination system,centered on enterprise strategy,from a financial,customer,internal processes and learning and growth four aspects of comprehensive evaluation,not only makes a firm's internal evaluation to the level of enterprise strategy,and balance the finance financial indicators and non-financial indicators,coordinated the short-and long-term targets.Therefore,this paper uses the basic principle of the balanced scorecard,combining A convenience store chain industry background and operating conditions,starting from its strategy,design a set of internal examination system,effectively solved A convenience store chain problems existing in the internal assessment.
