Research On Problems And Countermeasures In Implementation Of Asset Income Poverty Alleviation Of Yibin City

Asset income poverty alleviation is one of the mainstream models in the task of poverty alleviation in china.It is an important measure aimed at poverty alleviation and the promotion of industrial development as the core to improve the economic situation of poor areas and the economic income of poor people in poor areas.With the deepening of poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation work,the effects of poverty alleviation are gradually effective,but prominent problems still exist,such as the single industry type in multiple regions,the traditional project,the inadequate supervision system,and environmental degradation.Meanwhile,there are also problems such as vague goals for poverty alleviation,limited thinking for poverty alleviation,lack of innovation,weak pertinence,and dissatisfaction among the poor so on.This article uses Yibin city as an example to analyze the city's asset income poverty alleviation practice and explore the asset income poverty alleviation.First introduced the theoretical concept of asset income poverty alleviation,then introduced the basic situation of Yibin city and the status of related industry development,then analyzed the problems encountered in the process of asset income poverty alleviation,found solutions to the problems,and finally proposed optimization countermeasures against poverty by asset income.Through research,we can find that poverty reduction with asset income has greatly helped improve the situation in poor areas,improved the living standards of people in poor areas,increased economic income,enriched the structure of local industries,and achieved the goal of poverty alleviation to prosperity.However,a series of problems also appeared in the process of poverty alleviation through asset income.For example,the poor people's enthusiasm for participation was not high,and even some people thought that asset income poverty alleviation could not really improve the living conditions of local people.In order to better achieve the benefits of asset income poverty alleviation,some other regions' characteristic asset income poverty alleviation projects have also been analyzed,which can make up for or prevent potential problems of asset income poverty alleviation in the later stage.To sum up,this article puts forward countermeasures in a targeted manner: supervise project risks well and protect the income of poor households;actively promote the quantitative model of equity and strengthen the main body of the project;search for reasonable entryand exit mechanisms for poor households.
