Research On The Classification And Evaluation System Construction Of Urban Leisure Tourism Resources

Based on the research methods of literature reading,Data Collection,questionnaire survey and field survey,combined with the theory of Tourism Destination Life Cycle,location theory and other relevant theories,firstly,this paper sorts out the related basic concepts and literature of Urban Leisure Tourism Resources,secondly,according to the composition and characteristics of urban leisure tourism resources and through the grasp of representative classification methods,and then build a classification system;Then,the evaluation index system is established according to the evaluation principle,and the hierarchy weight value is determined.Finally,the basic situation of 481 leisure tourism resources in Pudong New Area is collected,and the case of Pudong New Area in Shanghai is studied.Draw the following conclusions:(1)Based on the related concepts,urban leisure tourism resources are defined as all kinds of tangible or intangible resources in the urban space system that can be developed and utilized for leisure tourism and can produce economic,social and environmental benefits,with certain development value,can attract people to produce a variety of leisure tourism activities and elements.(2)Based on the understanding and grasp of the main representative classification methods,combined with the classification basis,on the basis of referring to previous studies,and based on the definition of urban leisure tourism resources,the composition and characteristics of urban leisure tourism resources are comprehensively considered,this paper constructs a new classification scheme of urban leisure tourism resources,which includes two major categories,seven medium categories,25 minor categories and 85 basic types.(3)To construct the evaluation system of urban leisure tourism resources.Firstly,according to the evaluation principle of urban leisure tourism resources,the evaluation index system is established,which consists of 4 levels: target level,3evaluation criteria,9 evaluation items and 28 evaluation factors Then,the weight value of each evaluation index is determined by using the method of Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the weight value is combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to judge the grade of urban leisure tourism resources.(4)The analysis of the spatial distribution of the sample data of the leisuretourism resources in Pudong New Area shows that the leisure tourism resources in Pudong New Area have five-point concentrated and three-band spatial distribution characteristics.(5)The result of leisure tourism resources classification in Pudong New Area shows that the amount of leisure tourism resources in the material city is the most,and the amount of leisure resources in the city culture is the most,and the amount of leisure resources in the architecture landscape is the most.(6)As for the evaluation of the leisure tourism resources in Pudong New Area,the qualitative evaluation shows that the types of the leisure tourism resources in Pudong New Area are various,the types are rich and the cultural factors are paid more attention to The result of quantitative evaluation shows that Shanghai Science and Technology Museum,Ben Giang Avenue,Shanghai Disney Resort and Shanghai Tourism Festival belong to Class B leisure tourism resources,huangpu River,Shanghai Wildlife Park,Oriental Pearl Tower,Shikumenlilong residential,Sunqiao modern agricultural development zone is a Class C leisure tourism resources,Lujiazui ring overpass is a Class D leisure tourism resources,and Shanghai Science and Technology Museum,Pudong Ben Giang Avenue,Shanghai Disney Resort,Shanghai Tourism Festival,Huangpu River,Shanghai Wildlife Park,Oriental Pearl Tower,Shikumenlilong residential,Sun Qiao Modern Agricultural Development Zone is an excellent leisure tourism resources,lujiazui circular flyover is a general-class leisure tourism resources.
