Temporal And Spatial Analysis Of Agricultural Industrialization And Poverty Alleviation In Sichuan

China's agricultural development is undergoing transformation and upgrading.At the same time,by 2020,the goal of poverty alleviation in rural areas has also raised a higher level of demand for agricultural development.In recent years,the development of agricultural industrialization has been quite effective and is the only way to solve the problem of agricultural upgrading and increasing farmers' income.It is particularly important to further optimize the industrialization of agriculture so that it will continue to contribute to rural poverty alleviation.Therefore,based on the theoretical relationship between agricultural industrialization and peasants' efforts to lift poverty and increase income,an in-depth analysis of the relationship between the industrialization of Sichuan's agriculture and the increase of peasants' income was conducted from two dimensions of time and space,with a view to providing a theoretical basis for Sichuan's agricultural industrialization and poverty alleviation policies.Support,provide reference for the development of the province's agricultural industrialization and rural poverty alleviation work.This paper sorts out relevant literature on agricultural industrialization,anti-poverty and industrialization in the country and abroad,combines the actual development of agricultural industrialization and poverty alleviation in Sichuan Province,and discusses Marxism's doctrine on poverty,the vicious cycle of poverty,and Theory,human capital theory,traditional agricultural reform theory,transaction cost theory,economies of scale theory,and vertical integration theory together lay a solid theoretical foundation for this study.This article combines empirical and empirical research through time and space:(1)The development of agricultural industrialization can effectively help farmers increase their income.(2)The development of agricultural industrialization has a lagged effect on the average income of rural households.It has the strongest promotion effect when lagging behind one stage,and slightly weakens when it lags behind in the second stage,but it is not obvious when lagging behind in the third or fourth stage.(3)The increase of farmers' income has increasingly enhanced agglomeration characteristics and has a positive spatial correlation pattern.(4)The per capita net income of rural families in Sichuan is highly consistent with the topography.(5)The number of employees in agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery has a greater impact on the development of agricultural industrialization.(6)The effective irrigation area has a greater impact on the development of agricultural industrialization.(7)Rural electricity consumption has a certain influence on the development of agricultural industrialization.(8)The sown area of ??Sichuan crops has an inhibitory effect on the industrialization of agriculture.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,it is proposed that under the background of precision poverty alleviation,it is proposed that the industrialization of agriculture needs to be connected with poverty alleviation and development to achieve accurate industrialization and poverty alleviation;accelerating the regional development of contiguous and particularly difficult areas can do more with less.The poverty alleviation effect must be combined with local location advantages,resource endowments,and industrial bases to formulate practical industrial plans;among the poverty alleviation of the agricultural industry,it is necessary to increase the construction of agricultural water conservancy and electric power infrastructure and maintain the endogenous driving force of the industry to support poverty.The market adjusted the production structure and other suggestions and put forward the outlook.
