In recent years,the competition of domestic e-commerce is quite fierce,the traditional real economy continues to decline,the business opportunities of cross-border e-commerce are found by more and more enterprises,almost involving all fields.At present,there are more than 5000 cross-border e-commerce platforms in China,and nearly 700000 related enterprises.However,Jingdong,Taobao and other giants have monopolistic position,and have occupied most of the market share.Other e-commerce platforms can only compete for the remaining small part of the market,which will inevitably make the competition very fierce.At the same time,the industry started soon,the market changes rapidly,many small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises are still in the stage of continuous exploration and crossing the river,facing a huge survival risk.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the development strategy of small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises.In this paper,Houma City,Shanxi Province immediately purchase e-commerce company is selected as the research object.From the perspective of company organization management,finance,products,express logistics,human resources and other aspects,the development status of the company is analyzed,and the problems of the company in business model,product positioning,customer relationship maintenance,material flow guarantee and professional talents are analyzed.With PEST analysis method,from the perspective of politics,economy This paper analyzes the external environment of instant purchase e-commerce company from four aspects of culture and science and technology,systematically analyzes the development strategy of instant purchase e-commerce company from the aspects of human resources,product type,financial situation,etc.by using SWOT analysis method,the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods are combined with swot-ahp analysis method,and the instant purchase of electricity is put forward through analysis Finally,combined with the economic situation and policies of the industry development in Shanxi Province,combined with the actual situation of the market,the paper puts forward that e-commerce companies should adopt the strategy of maintaining and managing customer relationship,launching differentiated products,strengthening supply chain management and using new media marketing,and strengthen the construction of corporate culture Set up,perfect human resource management mechanism,perfect financial management system and other aspects to provide strategic implementation guarantee.Through the research of this paper,I hope to provide some reference value for thee-commerce companies and other e-commerce enterprises with the same type of cross-border import based development strategy.
