Research On The Investment Efficiency And Influencing Factors Of A Company

As one of the important driving forces in the development process of the company,the investment activities of the company will be the basic component of the cash flow in the future economy.With the continuous development of China's economic environment in recent years,various industries have made great strides in recent years.For the textile and garment industry of a clothing company,this industry is a traditional industry in China and plays a basic role in promoting consumption in the development of China's economy.But as time goes on,the competition of clothing industry shows a trend of white hot development.The efficiency of fund raising and investment has attracted more and more attention.This paper takes the influencing factors of a company's investment efficiency as the research object,makes an overall understanding of the investment activities carried out by a company,finds out the root causes of the low efficiency of a company's investment activities,and studies each factor,which can provide a set of perfect investment mechanism reform scheme to improve the investment efficiency for the company,and effectively promote the establishment of a reasonable and perfect domestic company Investment system building process.Based on a company's research results related to investment activities at home and abroad,with the help of investment theory,this paper defines the concept of investment activities and efficiency of a clothing company,and analyzes the current investment efficiency of a clothing company in combination with the current development of a clothing company.First of all,in the introduction part,the research background,significance and methods of this paper are discussed.In the theoretical basis and literature review part,the research status at home and abroad,related concepts and theoretical basis are introduced.Secondly,it introduces the current situation of company a,analyzes the factors that may affect the investment efficiencyof company a on the basis of the above theory,and divides them into five indicators.Thirdly,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis,verifies it by regression model,and discusses the impact mechanism of investment efficiency.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is that there is a positive correlation between the investment opportunity,cash flow,asset liability ratio,large shareholder shareholding ratio and investment efficiency of a clothing company,while there is a negative correlation between the management shareholding ratio and investment efficiency of a clothing company.
