Analysis On The Efficiency Of Logistics Industry In Anhui Province And Its Influencing Factors

With the continuous development and progress of the society,all enterprises have begun to expand the scale and refine the scope of business in order to better meet the needs of customers,which has gradually separated the independent and professional service business.As an indispensable part of the productive service industry,the logistics industry vigorously develops and optimizes the logistics industry,which is conducive to ensuring the sustained and stable development of the urban economy,enhancing the comprehensive economic strength,and thus promoting the adjustment and renewal of China's service industry and industrial structure.This paper studies the logistics industry in Anhui Province from two aspects of logistics industry efficiency and its influencing factors,aiming to propose relevant policy recommendations based on the analysis results to promote the healthy development of Anhui logistics industry.First of all,this paper expounds the background,significance and related research literatures of the efficiency and influencing factors of logistics industry in Anhui Province.Introduce the concepts of logistics,logistics and logistics efficiency,compare the characteristics of several main efficiency evaluation methods,and select the data envelopment analysis(DEA)to evaluate the efficiency of logistics industry in Anhui Province.This paper uses the index data of Anhui Province from 2007 to 2016,selects the model of input-oriented angle to do comprehensive measurement research,and calculates the technical efficiency value,pure technical efficiency value,scale efficiency value and input redundancy of the logistics industry in each year.The analysis results show that the logistics industry efficiency in Anhui Province is generally at the upper-middle level during the sample period,but the logistics industry efficiency is lower than the average level in recent years.Secondly,on the basis of a large number of relevant literatures,the factors affecting the efficiency of the logistics industry are screened,and the six factors of marketization degree,logistics professionals,industrial structure,transportation line length,location advantage and informationization level are selected for analysis.Quantitative and easily collectable indicators were selected for each influencing factor to measure the influencing factors.In this paper,the combination of grey relational analysis and multiple regression analysis is used to empirically study the influencing factors of logistics industry efficiency in Anhui Province.The gray correlation analysis is used to measure the correlation between various factors and the efficiency of the logistics industry,and the magnitude of the influencing factors is quantified.On this basis,taking the efficiency of logistics industry in Anhui Province as an explanatory variable,select appropriate indicators for regression analysis.The results show that the degree of marketization and industrial structure have a greater impact on the efficiency of the logistics industry,and the influence of location factors is second.Finally,combined with the results of empirical analysis,this paper believes that Anhui Province should rationally plan the process of marketization,promote the industrial structure to the advanced level,and make rational use of the location advantages of Anhui Province's transportation location,and strive to build a variety of logistics industry clusters.The growth of the logistics industry creates a quality environment.
