Research On Financial Support Of Rural Revitalization And Construction In Henan Province

To solve the problems in agriculture,countryside and farmers more efficiently,and improve the happiness of villagers,the Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization emerged as the times required in 2017,which painted a picture of rural life in which the industry is prosperous,ecologically livable,rural civilization,effective governance,and wealthy life.Under such a circumstance,the Henan Provincial Government has put forward a specific strategic plan to promote rural revitalization,and regards rural finance as an important fund guarantee for rural revitalization.Under the guidance of the government,some progress has been made in rural revitalization in Henan Province.And financial support to rural areas in Henan Province has continued to strengthen with the efforts of financial institutions.However,as an important source of funding,finance also faces many problems in the process of promoting rural revitalization.It is critical to take effective measures to guide the rational allocation of financial resources to the countryside to achieve the goal of rural revitalization in Henan Province.Firstly,based on previous research on rural finance and rural economic,this article analyzes the current situation of Henan Province’s rural development and construction,rural financial development,and financial support for Henan’s rural development considering rural revitalization fully.Secondly,this article also conducts an empirical analysis of the relationship between financial support and rural revitalization in Henan Province.Then,the article summarizes the problems existing in the process of financial support for rural revitalization based on the background.Thirdly,in order to provide a reference for how to achieve a positive interaction between financial support and rural revitalization,this article also analyzes the typical areas of Henan Province’s rural development supported by finance.At last,this article puts forward targeted suggestions on financial support for the rural revitalization in Henan Province combined with the previous analysis,and encourages multiple subjects to carry out rural revitalization.
