With the rapid development of market economy,some enterprises set up upstream and downstream enterprises or associated enterprises through investment,gradually formed a large-scale assets,business diversification,strong market competitiveness,complex relationship as the characteristics of the group enterprises.In order to give full play to the advantage of resources and return on investment,different types of commercial banks are competing to carry out marketing to group enterprises.XTB Bank is a local small and medium-sized commercial bank.Over the years,on the one hand,some inherent enterprise customers under its support,gradually developed into a group of enterprise organizations,on the other hand,in order to expand the scale of business and increase revenue sources,XTB Bank actively carry out group customer marketing.At present,group customer credit balance in XTB Bank corporate customer credit balance in the proportion of nearly half.However,due to a series of problems such as long credit,excessive credit,related party transactions and misappropriation of credit funds,as well as the existence of Information asymmetry between banks and group clients,it is difficult to fully grasp the real operating conditions of group customers,which is not conducive to risk management and control.Compared with large commercial banks such as ICBC,ABC,CCB and CCB,XTB Bank has weak capital strength and incomplete risk management system.In particular,in recent years,under the influence of internal and external factors such as the continuous economic downturn,group customers' credit default has shown an obvious explosive trend,and the situation of wind control has become increasingly severe,strengthening and improving the credit risk management of group customers has become a very urgent task.First of all,the paper has carried on the combing to the domestic and foreign group Customer Credit Risk Management Theory,elaborated the group customer,the Group Customer Credit Risk Basic Theory,and from the risk identification,the risk measurement,the risk monitoring,the risk control aspect introduced the group customer to grant the credit risk management related content.Secondly,combined with the actual work of the author,the development status,business structure,management structure and management process of customer credit business of XTB Bank Group are described,this paper investigates the problems existing in the credit risk management of XTB Bank Group,the paper points out five problems,such as the weakness of risk management staff,the incompletion of risk identification,the inaccuracy of risk assessment,the insufficiency of risk monitoring ability and the weakness of risk control means.Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions for improvement from five aspects:Strengthening the construction of risk management line,enhancing the ability of risk identification,improving the quality and effectiveness of risk assessment,perfecting the risk monitoring method and enhancing the effectiveness of risk control,in order to achieve XTB Bank group clients' risk management level goal.
